Copenhagen-based and of Tanzanian descent, Jolie explores the rich sounds of Africa and the African diaspora. From Highlife to Gqom, Kuduro, and beyond, she brings deep, rhythmic cuts that slip between the cracks of mainstream playlists. Her sets are rooted in tradition, yet always reaching forward. She has been on various festivals such as Nyege Nyege Festival, Roskilde Festival, Karrusel etc.
